About our 12 piece Family Pack...
Our 12-piece box contains a taste of our most popular assortment of candies. Our Dulce de Leche is made from scratch in our facility in El Paso, TX. Always fresh and delicious. This box has a variety of our 2 ounce size presentations. Great for gifts, for special events or to satisfy sweet tooth cravings.
Family Pack Contains: 4 Conchas (2oz), 4 Barras (2oz), 2 Cocadas (2oz) and 2 Corazones (2oz).
All Barras Contains: 12 Barras (2oz)
The assortment box has Conchas (Shells) that are hand squeezed and shaped in stars/shells and topped with a pecan. The Barra (Bar) is also hand squeezed and shaped into a bar with three round parts. The Cocada (Coconut Candy) is made from slow cooked milk and sugar in a cooper pot until just before it starts to darken. Shredded coconut is then poured and mixed in the pot. Once finished it is cooled and shaped with spoons and topped with a pecan. The Corazon (heart) is Dulce de Leche squeezed into a heart shaped mold and topped with a pecan.
Normal Shipping Times are 3-5 days. Our products are made fresh everyday, some items are exclusive to www.nuestranostalgia.com and may take an extra day to ship. Every product is wrapped and shipped within the next day of order and shipped by the end of the day. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and ship from El Paso TX. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
