At Nuestra Nostalgia, we put our heart into every candy we make. Each order is crafted fresh and packed with care to bring you the authentic taste of home. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.

Our Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right through one of the following options:

✅ Replacement: We’ll send you a new product at no cost.

✅ Refund: We’ll issue a refund after review and approval.

✅ Store Credit: You may opt for credit toward a future purchase.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please send a photo and short description of the problem, along with your order number or proof of purchase, to sales@nuestranostalgia.com

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval, though it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction on your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because our candies are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. Refunds or replacements are only available for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality.
We cannot issue refunds for:

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Packages delayed by carriers, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect flavor or quality.

Heat-related damage or melting after the package has left our facility.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect temperature-sensitive products. However, Nuestra Nostalgia is not responsible for melting or heat damage once your package has left our facility.
