I was a bit disappointed with my order. It was the second time I ordered from you company. The first time was mainly to try your product and see if this was a good company from face book. Well it was so was ordering the hearts for my niece’s engagement party, well they were not really decorated as the first ones were and the plain ones had air bubbles could not use for decoration. Tried to purchase more at a discounted price I was content with the 20% offered for the cinco de mayo promotion. But asked for at least postage but never heard from the gentleman. You have a really good product but the customer service not so good,
