Normal Shipping Times are 3-5 days. Our products are made fresh everyday, some items are exclusive to www.nuestranostalgia.com and may take an extra day to ship. Every product is wrapped and shipped within the next day of order and shipped by the end of the day. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and ship from El Paso TX. If you need rushed shipping you may consider overnight UPS rates or let us know, or send us an email at sales@nuestranostalgia.com Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
