Every product is wrapped and shipped within the next day of order and shipped by the end of the day. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground and ship from El Paso TX. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
