We started our business in Juarez, Mexico in 1998. At that time our the business was called "Dulces Catita". Eventually the name was changed to "Yajua" and recently to "Nuestra Nostalgia". The names have changed but the recipe has not changed. It all started with a family recipe made for the family and eventually developed for production, with a human touch and care. 

In 2006, the company officialy opened its doors in the US. El Paso, Texas is a great place to make jamoncillo candy due to several reasons:
